At Martech sharing our expertise goes hand-in-hand with doing our job. After initially sharing our knowledge and providing professional consultation with Cornell University, we were asked if we could more formally take on the challenge of training their very capable physical plant tradeforce. The tradeforce training project has been so successful that Cornell personnel now do most of the maintenance, repair and restoration on campus. When necessary, we are just a phone call away from lending further on-site advice. The end result for Cornell is greater knowledge of their facilities, far better control of their maintenance schedules and costs and better use of their talented tradeforce.
