Not every problem has an immediate or obvious solution. Sometimes it takes the collective experience of successfully completing well over 350 major projects to answer your singular challenge. Such was the case when Bucknell University came to us with a badly deteriorating and unsightly ceiling in their Field House. The cost estimates for restoration was prohibitive and the time for completion too long. The answer was to install a suspended translucent fabric ceiling. Once the original ceiling was stabilized, a new ceiling was suspended beneath the old. The end result was a dramatically modernized appearance, lighting was made more even throughout the complex and tremendous cost savings were delivered. Future maintenance expenses were also significantly reduced.
